In 5th grade, my classmates brought back an injured crow to class and we kept her/him until she/ he recovered. It drove our teacher crazy lol. They are so smart💜
I love seeing your hand lettering in the Keith Haring book! (and feel if I'd come across the book randomly I would have been losing my mind trying to figure out where I knew that handwriting, lol). I also loooooooove your crow illustrations. And just going to admit I'm also obsessed with befriending a crow - gifting half of a best friend's charm, omg.
How sweet that you recognize my handwriting! 🖤 I love the idea of befriending a crow so much! In further research, I found out that their neighbors sued the crow family for having the birds congregate and had all sorts of complaints. All the more reason I want to retreat into the woods haha.
omg that’s terrible! which reminds me of the story of the woman who had 100 raccoons in her yard (that would run after her as she got into her car) because she’d been feeding a small group of them and the other raccoons found out. 😑

Haha I could imagine! I have also heard they can hold grudges too, so hopefully if I ever meet crows in real life they become my friend...
They will. Just leave them alone when they have chicks. We have one in Japan that attacks people who walk under HER tree.
